Japan anticipates exciting new edition of FIVB Men’s World Grand Champions Cup.

From September 12 to 17, Japan will proudly host another edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Grand Champions Cup, which will take place at the Nippongaishi Hall and the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium.

Japan has hosted every edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup, which is held every four years since its inception in 1993.

The FIVB Volleyball World Grand Champions Cup features a total of six teams per gender with the host nation, Japan, and four continental winners from Asia, Europe, NORCECA and South America, and one wild card entry granted by the FIVB, host broadcaster NTV and host Japan Volleyball Association.

The previous edition of the tournament was in 2013 with Brazil taking top podium finish for the third consecutive time with four victories and one loss, and 12 points, to edge Russia, which had 11 points in the final ranking.
